Sorry ran out of room in the title, I didn't mean to cut it there, but possible paypal reward if the solution is going to be too complicated for me to do myself. And no, I wouldn't be taking credit for any work done, this is just a means to an end in a fairly big marketing project.

I am doing a marketing project and want to survey everyone who will answer the response who attends my school. I want to ask them various questions concerning their grade level, major, intents of further education, if they plan on staying here to live and find a job after graduating or if they will find a city they like (better) and get a job there or if they will go where the jobs are, etc.

All the questions would be multiple choice for easy data evaluation. I was thinking the best way would be to set up a website with it and send the link out on a mass e-mail.

Anyone know the best way to do this? I have a host I pay for that I could use, but does it need any special features? Also, how would I go about setting this up, and is this the easiest way?

If you have experience of expertise in this area, some assistance would be greatly appreciated 🙂 If it is going to be too time consuming for me to be able to do, or if it falls outside of my limited java/html experience then I was thinking something along the lines of a $20 reward to whoever could successfully set something up for me if I provided the questions to be asked.

Easiest thing is to just make a standard form on a web page and have the data stored in a text (CSV) file. Then just pop that file into Excel and you can do your totalling, average charts, etc right there. You could also have the form submit to a database as well

There are online survey places you can subscribe to that will do it for you but it all depends on what you want.
