Sorry ran out of room in the title, I didn't mean to cut it there, but possible paypal reward if the solution is going to be too complicated for me to do myself. And no, I wouldn't be taking credit for any work done, this is just a means to an end in a fairly big marketing project.

I am doing a marketing project and want to survey everyone who will answer the response who attends my school. I want to ask them various questions concerning their grade level, major, intents of further education, if they plan on staying here to live and find a job after graduating or if they will find a city they like (better) and get a job there or if they will go where the jobs are, etc.

All the questions would be multiple choice for easy data evaluation. I was thinking the best way would be to set up a website with it and send the link out on a mass e-mail.

Anyone know the best way to do this? I have a host I pay for that I could use, but does it need any special features? Also, how would I go about setting this up, and is this the easiest way?

If you have experience of expertise in this area, some assistance would be greatly appreciated If it is going to be too time consuming for me to be able to do, or if it falls outside of my limited java/html experience then I was thinking something along the lines of a $20 reward to whoever could successfully set something up for me if I provided the questions to be asked.

Easiest thing is to just make a standard form on a web page and have the data stored in a text (CSV) file. Then just pop that file into Excel and you can do your totalling, average charts, etc right there. You could also have the form submit to a database as well

There are online survey places you can subscribe to that will do it for you but it all depends on what you want.
