How would I go about setting up a printer to be viable outside a router with a firewall?

Basically I have a network and inside this network there is wireless router with a laser printer attached to it. What I want to do is make it so the laser printer is accessible to others outside this wireless router in the overall network. How would I go about making this so ? I still want to allow access to the wireless features for someone who has a laptop but I want the printer to be accessible outside the wireless router /w ports so I can print from another room on another computer.

If the Wireless Router is behind another Router, configure it as an switch with an Access Point.
