How would i go about returning a video card to NewEgg if i am not happy with it? Its a GF2 GTS for $45 plus $4 fedex shipping. Also will i get a credit or the money back ? Doesn't matter i do not think because i think i will spend it at Newegg again.

Pretty much any online vendor will charge a 15% restocking fee if you're just not happy. You won't get your shipping back and you'll pay to return ship. These policies will be listed on any reputable company's site.

Do i have to return a item in 30 days or less? I know some you can't return it after 30 days.

lemme guess........visiontek xtasy Geforce 2 gts-V (not reg gts) 32mb ddr.........why u not happy with it? It overclock pasts stock GTS speeds easily and destroys its competitors (radeon 7000, geforce 2 mx 200/mx 400) in all benchmarks..........wut? U expecting Geforce 4 TI performance out of a $45 card?

human2k no i just sorta want a GF4 ti series now lol. Like a GF4 ti 4400 and the only way for me to have enough money is to return it. I was using a voodoo 3 2000 pci video card before.

The RMA process is online and works pretty smoothly in my opinion.

If the card is not broken, you will be hit with a 15% restocking fee + your shipping costs (@$5). You are probably better off selling it in the FS/FT forums. If the card is broken, newegg is real good about RMA's. I have never had one rejected by them. They replace all but one item & that item they refunded me full.

Thanks everyone for the help! Guess what Newegg sent me back for approve and all i said was i was not happy with it and would like a refund please. They sent me back a approve with no restocking fee too! I am impressed. No restocking fee? Wow. I read where there a 15% restocking fee. I know i still have to pay the $4 to $5 shipping and maybe insurance too to ship it back to newegg but still no restocking fee is nice. I guess newegg figured restocking fee would of not been much so they just did not worry about it maybe. Newegg is amazing with returns for sure! Thanks again everyone. Just thought i would share that little story with you all. :)
