How would I go about faxing a scanned document without a fax machine?

I find if you don't fax often, the built in fax utility from windows is more than sufficient. Never needed anything else.

I still occasionally fax, so my modem will not be going the way of the floppy an time soon.

The Windows fax utility has me conjumbled😕 It never did ask for the document I wanted to send, just a cover letter.

Yeah, I remember having a hard time figuring it out at first, but it really is simple *once you get it*

I'm at work now, so no opportunity to check it. I'll give it a try at home if hte thread is still active. Or just poke around a bit more, I have not used it for at least 10 months - it always takes a bit to figure it out again.

I use efax, but really just their free service to receive faxes over the internet. I know they let you send them too, but it might cost ya. (Sends it all over the internet though, through email, and can come out on a fax machine at some other phone number that you give them)
