How would I go about downloading all the Batman cartoon episodes?

My friend d/led them all and gave them to me, it took him forever, but he got all of them off of Kazaa Lite and DC++. Took him forever.
 
Your best bet would actually be an IRC channel. You'll have to look around for channels that are specifically targetted for cartoons. I know i've run into servers that had loads of the old cartoons like what you're talking about (entire series of He-man, Transformers, Jem, old TMNT, etc).
