On the Inquirer they have a little quote on the top of the page that changes every time you refresh the page or go to another one. I was wondering how this is done, and if it's fairly easy how to do it? I wanted to add something similar to my site. I was looking at the HTML and it looks like it gets it from a table but I really have no idea. Any help would be appreciated.
 
It is probably a PHP site, with a database. This would allow endless changes in certain fields, either rotating or random.
