How would I go about doing this?

I want to check the network traffic for all the computers using the house router. I can't tell if it's my ISP or one of my roommates that is causing pings to be 1100ms.

Yeah...I didn't think so either. Is the gnutella protocol even used these days?

but it turns out it was comcast anyhow, I guess that had some issues
