How would i get someones IP adress?

If you were sitting in front of that person's keyboard you could find their IP
address easily... otherwise I don't know how you could get their address
unless it was through a program like ICQ or a server of some sort running
on their machine.

Planning on doing something that you'll regret later?
 
Without being in contact with that person (through aim, icq, etc), there are 2 ways.

1. Guess. If you can do this gimme some lotto numbers!
2. Telepathy. If you can read their minds you are the fscking man!

Well what I use to do to get someones IP is this ..... open up a MS DOS prompt and type netstat notice what comes up.....send the person some sort of msg or look at their info (Using messenger ICQ or Yahoo) then type netstat again...you should noctice their connection now. Then do a ping whatever....and it should show their IP...
