How would I get referer?

I need to see referer of users connecting. How would I get this information?

You couldn't be less specific if you said "I need." 😀

Are you talking about your website? You can look in your access log file or you can get a log analyzer like webstat or awstats.

If you're using servlets in java the call is request.getHeader("referer")...

in perl, it's $ENV{HTTP_REFERER}
in javascript, it's document.referer
