I plan on applying and attending a culinary academy sooner or later, but many of the better ones (i.e. CIA) require previous experience.. So I go onto the job sites looking for a job as a sous chef, but all THOSE require experience.. One of those catch-22 things I guess. Anyone know how I can get my start on my way to chefdom? If i have to start at the bottom so be it, I just need to get my foot in the door.
