How would I get a message to someone at an airport terminal? Or: Someone in Houston want to do me a favor?

My friend is driving to Houston to pick up his girlfriend whose flight was scheduled to arrive at 4:30. She missed her flight and won't be arriving until 6:30. He forgot his cellular. I need to call him and let him know.

I went to Houston Intercontinental's web site, but couldn't really find any phone numbers except ones for the various tenants. Nothing like "Information" or something. Anyone know what to do?

Or, if you live in Houston, you mind taking a look in the phone book and see what you can turn up?
