How would I be able to bypass a safety kill switch?

My kids lost the hadlebar safety switch key and I have to keep the button taped down so the engine will run. The tape is always coming loose. They have a secondary safety kill switch that they use so I wanna know how to bypass this one.

sounds to me like a hose clamp might work better than tape until you can figure out a bypass

Remove the switch and attach the two wires to each other... I'd guess.

Either short the wires or disconnect the wires depending on how the switch works.

That is the switch. It's supposed to have a plastic piece to hold that down but it's missing.

Just superglue the switch down.

Zip tie would hold up a lot better than tape.

Use a couple.
