Well the general concensus is that you should stop worrying. Her chances of being pregnant are VERY slim. First of all, she's on birth control. That has about a 99% success rate in preventing pregnancy. Secondly, there are only a few days a month that a woman can get pregnant. The egg only survives for one day if it is not fertilized. Unless you have sex during that one day, or within a few days before and the sperm are still around, then she can't possibly get pregnant.

Don't worry about it.

Sperm lives and survives in the body for up to five days! So if the egg drops within that time, she can get pregnant. Like I said before though, pregnancy shouldn't be your only concern!

Thats because it takes 2 months for an egg to mature and be released. The ovaries take turns releasing one each month... generally that is.

if shes on the pill its cool, and even if she did miss one or isnt even on the pill altogether it doesnt necessarily mean it will happen. trust me.

but dont do it again. always pull out.

The morning pill is effective for up to 3 days, but she ought to take it as soon as possible. Once the egg descends, you're screwed.

Hey, stop the man bashing. I know for a fact that the morning after pill screws with your menstraul cycle, just by how much I am not sure. She took it twice in 8 days and her period has been delayed by it. Just hoping that the amount it has been delayed by is due to the pills, not a little nipper

WTF would she use it twice in eight days? That?s what most people would call irresponsible sex. If you can afford to take the morning after pill twice in one week you can afford to take the pill regularly. All it is like is a triple dose of birth control.

OK. One, she was on the pill on with her ex, and was concerned about the effects and came off of it. We've been 'friends with benefits' for about 6 weeks now, during which sex with a condom has not worked at all, due to splittage etc.

Yes...irresponsible, I know.

All I wanted to know is will it set her period back this much (2 1/2 to 3 weeks)???
