I'd say you'd be running on the lower end of the quality spectrum. Somewhere a bit lower than "mid" settings.
Just personal opinion though.

I had an AMD X2 4200+ (OC'd to 2.6GHz), eVGA 6800GT (PCI-E), 1GB Corsair XMS DDR400, and an ASUS A8N-SLI Premium. I was able to play Battlefield 2 at medium-high settings without too many issues. My current system runs laps around it, but graphically, the game doesn't look THAT much better with everything enabled.

I'm not sure how much worse Battlefield 2142 will be on systems, but I'd imagine not too bad. In short, your system will probably run it without too many problems, but it definately won't be a speed demon.

I think with your current proc, low ram and even vid card, you won't be able to play bf2142 smoothly. Try getting 2 gigs of ram, and overclock your 3000+ to atleast 2.5, you should be fine after that. I would sell the 6800 and get a used 7800gt. Btw, what resolution do you play at? You might be able to squeeze some juice out of the 6800 but I doubt it.
