How will 4.1 spekaers do wit a 5.1 sound card??

I am looking to get the turtle beach santa cruz sound card and cambridge fps2000 (4 satellites, one sub). will i still be able to get good surround from this?

You bet. You can configure how many speaker you want to use, so any speaker congiguration will work fine.

personally I'd take the BA4800's over the FPS2000 if you want a good 4.1 speaker setup.
Much, much better quality and I think you can pick them up for around $100 now.

I use them with my GXTP (same as SC with a couple different bells and whistles) and it works great.
