How/where to refill printer toner?

I've heard it's much cheaper to refill laser toner cartridges instead of buying new ones. Anyone have any tips on how/where to do this?
 
You could search ebay for your printer model. Can virtually guarantee you'll find a few potential sources.

Yes, you "can" save a lot of money be simply refilling the cartridges. At times it's not quite worth the trouble.
