How/where do I request a refund from Dixiesys for web hosting?

I decided to go another route...I just didn't have time to learn the control panel they use.

Their billing is a little behind I would e-mail gary@dixiesys.com and billing@dixiesys.com or just call Gary at 1-888-300-9090

Are you switching webhost companies?

RossMan, I see you changed your icon (I laughed my arse off when I saw the last icon--I don't know why).

Yes, I am changing webhosts. I just don't have the time right now to learn Ensim. Work and family have got in the way of trying to set aside the time to learn/do anything new (at least for a while).

I hope everything is ok with your job and family.

When you do have time I would suggest taking the time to learn C Panel, Ensim or H Sphere control panels.
