I am thinking about getting 2 sticks of Generic DDR 2700 Ram from Mwave because it's a lot less $ than name brand.

BUT, I was planning on trying some minor overclocking. Do you think this Ram will be stable in Dual-Channel mode on an nForce2 board if I overclock the system up a little?

Thanks!

OK, What about Samsung?

I found the Generic 256 sticks for $39, and the Samsung for $50. Do you know of a place with better deals?

Thanks!

If you want to play it safe, see if you can find some generic PC3200 ram, it might be cheaper than name brand PC2700.

That's a good idea. I found some Generic 3200 ram for $42 for 256m. That's cheaper than the name brand 2700.

Do you think that's a good idea?

Most of the lower priced ram seems to be overclocked slower ram....
