How well does phoneline network work with Win2k?

I want to use HPA 2.0 phoneline networking to connect my computers in Win2k. I also have ADSL, and I was wondering if the signals would interfere?

I would like feedback from anyone who has tried such a combo!
 
I use it with Win2K and Win98SE. I also run Internet Answering Machine from CallWave.com when I am online. I have on rare occassions talked on the phone when offline but still with network up and file transfers in progress with no problems.
Works great for me. I am unfortunately not able to add DSL to the mix due to small town USA syndrome that the providers seem to have.
