Ok by day I mean 12 hours. So twice means once in the morning and once at night.

Brush, floss, and mouthwash twice a day. My parents paid a lot of money for these puppies so I keep up on them good, that and hygene is very important. :)

I think alot of people brush once in the moring to kill the overnight nastiness, but we end up just falling asleep and not brushing at night. I'm guilty of this myself, but I try to be mindful of it.

brush once/day, use mouthwash three times/day, and don't floss (on a typical day).

I brush before bed, and use mouthwash before bed, in the morning (to get rid of morning breath), and after dinner.

I don't usually bother brushing in the morning because it's not as if I'm eating and drinking in my sleep :p

I pick the top choice, 3 times brushing,3 times flossing and the occasional whitening

Brush twice a day. Floss and mouthwash at least once a week (weekends). I'm trying to incorporate it into my weekday habit but I'm usually too sleepy/rushed in the morning and too sleepy/tired at night.

Brush twice (or three) times a day, once in the morning and once before going to sleep. Before the evening brushing I will floss as well. Non alcohol based mouthwash as well a couple times a week.

Brush in the morning and at night. Floss every night. Sometimes more.

Ew, I can't believe so many people do not floss, that's just gross. I guess they just don't know how much crap can get trapped between the teeth and gums.

Just a suggestion, but you should floss at night so don't have food stuck between your teeth and gums overnight.
