My modified A7M266 does 150MHz with ease. It even booted into Windows at 170MHz.

MSI K7T266 Pro is heard to be able to achieve up to 160+MHz.

I set mine up for fast and cool, I have not pushed the buss to see how far it would go. Mine 1.2gig is now at 10.5X137 or 1.44gig and at 1.6V core. It runs at 40/42C at full load on the Iwill KA266!

Well next question then - Which PC2100 ram is the best to reach 150MHZ+?

"Well, Crucial's ought to be the best right now. "

Actually, the Crucial PC2100 DDR is only Cas2.5 now, the Corsair PC2400 uses Micron Cas2 modules that hit 165+. When Crucial sells out of the 2.5 stuff, they will start replacing it with the better Cas 2 Micron chips...in a couple weeks or so. The Corsair is a bit pricey..~$100 for 256mb.

actually insane3d, the crucial sticks hit identical overclock speeds as the pc400 modules even though they were rated at pc2100 cas 2.5...

i would give the link if i could remember it...i think i linked off hardOCP (check their archives) for the review...

it was rather surprising.
