All I have to say is that you have no understanding of the Constitution of the United States and the Constitutional role of any of the players... Just because somebody is "there" when something happens does not mean that they had anything to do with what actually happened.
How can you give the President credit for everything and assign no credit (where it really is due) to the Republican Congress? The answer, quite simply, is that you can't.
