Can I Download Bios Version For MA78GM-US2H Rev 2.0 To Rev 1.0 Or No???

It's not going to work. You need Advanced Clock Calibration, which is found on the SB710 or SB750 southbridge. Your mobo has the SB700 southbridge, which doesn't have the ACC feature.
