How u create virtual hard drive consisting of 2 physical hard disks if this even possible?

Doh wrong question sry, i ment how do i connect 2 virtual hard drives (partitions) from different physical hard drives into single partition (i got 3 partitions on hdd-1 and 2 on hdd-2)?
