How to: Win 7 and Linksys wireless 300n card to work

For about a month I have been trying to get my wireless 300n card to work under Win 7 64 bit. I downloaded the newest driver from M$, contacted Linksys who's line was the 300n card is not compatible with Win 7 (32 or 64).

BULLSHIT.

I reinstalled Win7 last night and during the installation it asked if I wanted to make a network connection. I went what the hell sure. The several routers showed up near me. I picked mine and entered the encryption key. Boom it works.
