How to weed out AOL from ME !

Does anybody know how to get rid of the Cab files which install AOL in ME.(where are they located?).
Usually they are in: C/Windows/Options/cabs/OLS along with the others (ATT, MSN... but they are not!)
Any help to locate the above junk (aol, att, msn...) is appreciated.
