How to watch TV (NFL) on laptop?

I have Vista and a Dual Core T2080 with 1gb ram and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950. Maybe the following information will help. No good wifi connection I think, and I tried a portable TV but couldn't get any reception. The laptop is an Acer 5570z.

Please state the make and model of the laptop. If it has a built in TV tuner, all you need to do is connect the input cable. Your User Guide should tell you how to do it.

If the laptop does not have a built in tuner, then you will have to add one via the PCMCIA slot. There are many choices in that area.
