How to watch tv from another computer

I got a tvcard in my computer. I would like to log on my computer from another computer and watch tv on the other computer. I've tried VNC and netmeeting, but these are too slow or can't display enough colours. Got any suggestions?

Windows media encoder can stream video but I havent tried it yet.

it works. However I can't change channels quickly because I can't run both the tv and Windows Media Encoder at the same time.
But it's better than nothing.
