how to view full screen video on TV-out on 9600 Pro?

I got the tv out to work as a 2ndary display, but i want to view movies full screen on it, but it doesn't let me, whenever i go full screen it goes full screen onto the primary display...

is there a way to make the 2ndary display play full screen video?
