How to use voodoo 3500 video in/out?

A friend gave me a voodoo 3500 but i can't figure out how to use the tv in & out for the life of me!

There's 2 coaxial connectors on the card, plus the break-out cord also has RCA in & out plugs.

Do i need a special program to get this working? VoodooTools doesn't seem to have anything i can use.

to get the tv in working, simply hook up the coax to the first plug, I think you will need software for this tho...
