how to use VIDEO IN (vivo)

I bought the suma GF4 4200 128 VIVO but i don't know how to realy use it
i installed it's drivers
if i want to connect my VCR to it i just need to connect the line that was connected to my TV into the the SVH-in connection ?
i also want to connect my digital cable .. box (i dont know how to say it in english). is it also the same connection such as the VCR or should i connect it to the VIDEO OUT from my cables ?

also if someone knows a good program which i can use the VIVO .... 10X

I have to use Interwin wincoder for the VI to work. You have to have some kind of software to record from it. That is one thing about the whole VIVO thing and N-view I dislike, it is hard to figure out how everything works and get all the settings correct as there is little documentation for any of it.

That's just like when TV-out started coming on alot of vid cards. The documentation sucked and sometimes the drivers coming with the card wouldn't support it and so on. The good thing now is that there's alot of forums out that will be able to help you out more. You should check out some audio-video forums and they might be able to help you get it working.
