How to use these four image files to install DOS7.0?

While there are four images (I use HDcopy to copy the image .img files to floppy disks) none of them has setup.exe. In readme file it is said you need to run A:setup to install it. But I can not find the setup in the image disk and the image disk is not bootable. How could I use these four images?

Content in disk1,

Ansi.sys, Arj.exe, Attrb.exe, Autowin.com, Disk1.exe, File_id.diz, Psl.nfo, Readme.psl

Content in disk2/disk3/disk4,

disk2.exe/disk3.exe/disk4.exe

In disk4 there are also two text file named networks.txt and readme.txt

If I type autowin /? under command prompt (autowin.exe is in disk1) I got the information "autowin [on] [off]; [on] automatically start MS-Windows by loading operating system; [off] start MS-DOS 7 by loading operating system." I type in autowin off I was told that command.com can not be found please make sure it is under c:\command.com. As you can see I have no command.com in disk. But if I copy disk1.exe to hard drive and run it. Some files are extracted into current directory including the command.com. I tried all the four disk*.exe I got a lot of files in the current directory. But there still is no setup files. How should I use these four image disks? Thanks a lot.

So, what exactly are you trying to do here? Install Dos 7.0? Will it be the only operating system on the pc? If so, why not just go with 6.22? Only three installation disks for that, and it's mucho simpler!

Yes, I want to install DOS7.0 autally if DOS6.22 can see the FAT32 disk I'd rather go with 6.22. I like 6.22 more than 7.0. But I think FAT32 should be much better than FAT, while I am not quite sure about this point.

I already have win98 and win2k installed. With win98 it should already has DOS7.0 but because of win2k I could not go directly into DOS mode. I have to go to win98 first and start in DOS mode. So now I want to install a standlone DOS. Thanks.
