How to use the integrated graphics on the i7 7700k while a video card is installed? Is it possible?

I need to see and test something.

If I got to take the video card out that is fine just wanted to make sure first.

Yes. It’s sometimes called “multimonitor support” in bios but will vary by vendor.
What motherboard are you trying this on?

It may depend on the motherboard, but every modern (post-Core 2) Intel PC I've built/used still supported monitors plugged into the IGP ports (on the motherboard) at the same time a GPU was in use. You just need two monitors.

Just plug a screen into a video port on the motherboard. It doesn't matter if you have a discrete card or not. As long as you haven't explicitly disabled the integrated graphics in BIOS, it's always available.

Not even,if your monitor has multiple inputs you can use the same monitor, as long as you only "need to see and test something" that's enough.
Just as yuriman said,go to the bios and make sure the igpu is enabled.
