How to use proxy with IE 6

In IE6 when you set up a proxy it says it will not apply to dial up connections. How can you set up a proxy that will work with dial up? Versions prior to 6 work fine and do not say this. Have not found anything on Microsoft about this.

Finally found the setting, they just moved it.
