How to use DualBIOS on gigabyte board?

How do I switch between the 2 BIOS's? I'm going to have my 2ndary as default settings, and then use my primary one as OC'd

Not knowing what specific board you have I will answer based on my board which is 7n400pro.
Once in the main bios hit f8, that takes you to the flash bios menu, and select which bios to boot from.
