I'm trying to download and install Dscaler but I don't know which one I need. I have a TV Wonder and I run Win98. Can someone help me? I've downloaded one of the versions and it said I needed Visual Studio Installer 1.1 before I can install DScaler. But for me to install Visual Studio Installer 1.1, I need to have Visual Basic or C++ or something. What is this all about???!?

Please please please help!

What do all those controls do? How do I know what to use? HELP!
I can't get sound for composite or S-video; only TV Tuner. Are there any controls I can use?

Thanks MasterC

New problem: No sound for composite or s-video. The only sound I get is the carry over from the Tuner.

What do you think?

:( :)

Damn, where can I get this version of DScaler that doesn't need Visual Basic C++? The site's link is no longer available!

GetinMyFatBelly... try the Link Above...

Crantang...
Under "Settings" choose "Audio Input" and "MSP/Radio"
Under "Hardware", click "MSP/ Radio" - "TV Terrestrial FM Mono + FM Stereo"
Also make sure "Speech Channel 1" is chosen under "MSP/Radio"

Also check that none of your sound card settings are Muted.

These are the settings I have and they work for me.
Hopefully that helps!

Still no fix!

I can get sound only from TV Tuner. When I change the video input, I can see the video, but the audio is still from the tuner. How do I change this? It's the only thing I can't fix!

HELP HELP HELP!!!!! :(

Thank you!

Can't get any sound from my card, some cards just don't work.
See the list of compatible cards in the FAQ, some say no audio.

It sounds like you haven't plugged in the sound cables from the video input :)

Like the A/V jacks? I plugged them all in; s-video in the s-video port, and the red and white in the red and white jacks.
I also plugged the audio jacks in between the tuner card and the audio card.

Any other suggestions?

:( Thanks!
