How to use/Configure TV tuner card in HP laptop??

Hi everyone..

i recently purchased a HP-laptop with inbuilt TV tuner card...but when i try to scan for channels, not a single channel is found.. even the antenna provided couldn't help much..

can someone please tell if i am missing something..?

What model did you get?

Are you able to receive good TV signals where you live? The antenna and receiver aren't going to be very powerful so you will have some trouble getting a good signal unless your fairly close to a metro area where the broadcasts are coming from.
