How to use 2 internet connections shared...?

Anyone know of any online resources, or mybe thier own advice, for taking a DSL connection and a Cable modem connection and combining them for a few computers on a network, i.e. to get more bandwidth by using both connections? We were thinking about running them both into one machine and then have the other machines go through the server to access the net..? Thanks!
