How to update the K9A2 Bios by the AMI Util?

Hi all, just get my K9A2, but i wonder how to under the bios by the AMI utility?

I got no floppy disk drive in my computer, so i cannot update it via boot up.
I found the utility by AMI in http://www.ami.com/support/productsubmit.cfm?prodid=127,
However..really dont know how to use..

anybody can give me a hand? thanks.

Hi. You have two options. Either you use the Live Update feature of MSI, which updates your BIOS, drivers and firmwares, or you create a bootable USB flash drive. I use the flash drive option, because I do not have confidence in BIOS upgrades via windows...
