How to update Intel's F/W using USB drive with existing win7 boot?

Currently I have a USB drive that I can do a fresh win7 install with. Is there anyway I can add Intel SSD F/W update onto the USB drive?

I'm trying to get ready for my new build and one of things I want to do is to update the F/W, then do a install of win7.

I can always go the cd/dvd route but thought it would easier if I can combine both the Intel FW update with the win7 install on one USB drive.
