How to update a fresh video card driver?

If I wanna go from ATI Catalyst 3.1 with 3.1 control panel, to 3.2 and 3.2 control panel, how do I do it?

Just uninstall them from the add remove programs and install the new ones. That's how I do it.

That's a Windows "Feature" I believe.

Just uninstall at the Add/Remove programs, reboot, install the new drivers, then reboot.
