how to unsubscribe?

I posted in a thread and sometimes subscribe when buying something so i can find it if need be.
I made a mistake on this one and subscribed. Now i get 5 emails a day for the last 2 months. I have NEVER seen someone bump one thread so much!
I went to reply to the thread so i could unsubscribe and there doesnt seem to be a place to unsubscribe in that thread when i try the "reply" method.
I must be missing something real easy here, but can someone tell me how to unsubscribe to a certain thread, its driving me crazy!!!

thank you very much, this was driving me nuts, guy bumps seems like 10 x a day, prolly only a few times, seems like more.
