How to unlock a locked folder in Windows 2000 Pro?

I set permissions on one of my folders but now I can't access it. I've tried as Admin and still no luck. Is there anyway to get access to the folder again?

Do you have "ownership" of it as Admin? Is it a standalone, or are policies being applied via a domain?

That's it. Take ownership and then you can change permissions.
