How to Uninstall Windows 10’s Built-in Apps (and How to Reinstall Them)

Windows 7 has a perfectly good way of importing and deleting pics from my camera.
The new Microsoft Photos app sucks. It has no option to delete pics from my camera after importing. It's a built-in app and can not be uninstalled.
Here's how to uninstall and reinstall it using PowerShell: http://www.howtogeek.com/224798/how-to-uninstall-windows-10s-built-in-apps-and-how-to-reinstall-them/

I now use File Explorer to import and delete my pics; right click on my camera, click on Import pictures and videos, click on More options, choose my import settings, OK, and Import. I have Autoplay set to open File Explorer when I plug in and turn on my camera.

Yeah, I know I could use Adobe Photoshop to import and delete the pics, if I had it.

If you know of a better or faster way to import pics and delete them in Windows 10 please post it.
