how to uninstall Tweak UI for winXP??

is this even possible?
the version i have is Tweak UI version 2.00.0.0
uninstalling this would be nice. but i have no idea how or where to begin
the thing that i accidentally turn on is ALT+Tab preview. now i cant turn it off.

Control Panel --> Add or Remove Programs --> TweakUI Powertoy for WindowsXP --> Click Change/Remove

unfortunately, i dont see TweakUI in the add/remove

If you have sytem restore, you might try yo roll back to a previous saved configuration.
