
As a Windows 10 user, one of the most frequent tasks that you will need to perform is uninstalling programs which you no longer need. This may be because the software has outlived its usefulness, or for performance reasons. However, you may not know exactly what to do if you want to remove a program from your Windows 10 computer. Here’s how to uninstall any program on Windows 10.
Step 1
Click On ‘Start’
First, click on the ‘Windows Icon’ located at the bottom left corner of your computer screen. This will open up the Start Menu.

Step 2
Click On ‘Settings’
From the ‘Start Menu’ , click on the ‘Settings’ icon resembling a gear wheel. This will open up the Settings Window.

Step 3
Click On ‘Apps’
From the ‘Settings window’ , click on ‘Apps’ . This will open the Apps and features window.

Step 4
Select The App To Uninstall
In the ‘Apps and features’ window you will see a list of all apps installed on your computer. From this list, click on the app you want to uninstall.

Step 5
Click On ‘Uninstall’
Once you click on the desired app, a button for ‘Uninstall’ will pop up. Click on it. If the button is inactive, this means the app is a system app and cannot be uninstalled.

Step 6
Click ‘Uninstall’ Again
After you click uninstall, another window will pop up asking you to confirm the uninstall. Click on the ‘Uninstall’ button again to confirm.

Once you confirm, the selected program will be successfully uninstalled from your computer.
