How to uninstall Nvidia drivers under Win2k

Could someone point me in the direction or tell me of a step by step guide to uninstalling old drivers and installing new drivers under Win2k Pro. Is a step by step for Win9x ok or do I need to use a different guideline? I have a Hercules 3D Prophet II 64MB. It is now running Hercules 6.34 drivers. I want to install D3 12.41 drivers. Thanks in advance for any help.

Ok, try this:

Right click my computer,

Select properties,

Select Hardware,

Select Device Manager,

Go to Display Adapters for the NVIDIA Card,

Go to the Driver Tab,

At the bottom, click on uninstall.

This will make Win 2k use the standard VGA driver on the next boot-up. Make sure you delete the NVIDIA drivers from add/remove software. Now install the new driver!
