How to uninstall Chrome extension(malware) labelled "installed by enterprise policy"?

Hi,

I have a Chrome extension that I'm pretty sure is malware that is labelled "installed by enterprise policy". It's enabled, the enabled checkbox is grayed out so I can't disable it, and the trashcan icon isn't there so I can't remove it.

Help!
