How to Uninstall Abit Audiomax Sound card on AN8 SLI

So, i have hte Abit AN8 Sli mobo, which comes with its own proprietary add-on sound card. However, how am i to uninstall it. Do i merly just open the case up and unplug it. Do i also have to uninstall some software, I could not find anything in the bios for it (I guess technically it isn't onboard since it is in a pci express slot).... any help wuld be greatly appreciated
